All About Amber offers a SIX month Warranty on all necklaces and bracelets. (The exception is bracelets on elastic as we do not cover these by our warranty) From date of purchase. We will replace necklaces with broken beads in the first 3 months however after 3 months you will need to pay a restring fee and cover return postage.

If your bracelet or necklace breaks while in your possession, we will replace or repair the item. You must return the item with all broken parts to our Address . ALL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SENT WITH ORIGINAL CARD OR ORDER NUMBER. If you have purchased from one of our stockists we will require either an email from them confirming the purchase or receipt. Please note that we replace and repair due to faults in the necklace - i.e broken clasp, beads breaking off and string coming out of clasp etc.

We do not cover pulling the necklace and it snapping, or any other person breaking the necklace or dropping the necklace and breaking beads. Please note any item that is worn IN WATER will not be covered by our Warranty as this is miss-use of the product. If the necklace is broken becasue it has not been cared for properly please use the restring link to get it repaired.We do not cover broken beads in a necklace after 3 months. We will require a restring fee of $10.00 to be paid as well as return post for the item.

We will then decide if we will replace the item or repair it for you once we receive and see if it is repairable.

* Please note all items will need to be sent back to us in the appropriate packaging. Any items lost or broken by AUSTRALIA POST are not our responsibility and we will not be held accountable for broken items that we then can not repair. We also will not replace items that we never receive. As a precaution I recommend that items are sent in a padded bag and send registered. Items posted in envelopes often get damaged and go missing. Please DO NOT use a standard Envelope as items can be very damaged when we get them making them UN-repairable.

Please post your items back at your expence - once they are received we will return them to you Registered post. This normally takes a few days for us to do.

If we have sent you the incorrect item - please return your item to us in the recommended padded bag and registered - we will refund this postage to you along with the replacement.
