Shipping & Delivery

We ship using Australia Post Click and Send for Remote areas, Fastway Couriors for the majoirty of Australia or Express post for over night delivery. We also offer normal post for International orders and International Registered Post. Please note Posting days: We Post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - Items must be received buy 6pm the previous day ( i.e Sunday 6pm) (Tuesday 6pm) ( Thursday 6pm) to be sent the following day. Any items including Express that are received after 6pm will be posted the next Postal day. For example an order received on Sunday night at 8pm will not be posted until Wednesday.

Privacy & Security
All information on our site is private and confidential. I will never give your details out to a third person or company.

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 6 month warranty on items excluding elastic items. If you have a fault or breakage we will replace or repair for free. You must return your item with invoice number to receive the replacement or repair for free. It is your responsibiltiy to cover costs of Postage back to us, but we will post "track and send" mail back to you when the item is repaired. All Amber items come with the same 6 month warranty- however all items must be returned to be covered by warranty.

Please note - we take special care when sending your items out that they are packed in padded bags and tracking is sent. if you send your items back in envelopes with no padding they can become damaged and sometimes unrepairable. We are not liable to replace your items if they are crushed in Australia post. Please understand that Amber is very fragile and requires a padded bag.

IMPORTANT: if you choose to send un-registered and your item does not arrive we will not take responsibility for replacing the item. It is your responsibility to return the item to us and I advise using tracking for all items.

If we make a mistake with your order ( which we sometimes do because I am human) I will need you you send it back in order to get it fixed or exchanged. I will refund postage to the max value of $5.00 or send out a free necklace with your returned item.

Please note if you order the incorrect size in a custom necklace you will need to pay the additional $12 for a re-string of a necklace and $6.00 for a re-string of a bracelet - plus postage both ways. It is not my fault if you order the incorrect size.

All Re-strings that are ordered through the site will be made on the 1st, 10th and 18th of the month only, unless I am all caught up and can get them done sooner. This is for Repairs also. At some point these will have to be taken off the site as I am running short of time as things grow. I will have an option for broken items to be swapped only for new items later in the year.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments, pricing and promotions are in Australian dollars. Please note that when an item is ordered it comes off the stock on the site, however if the item is not paid for within 5 days of ordering it, it will automaticly be relisted on the site and you will need to order again if you decide to purchase the item. This is due to our stock levels only having a 5 day life time. We can not hold stock long term and you may miss out  on an original item if you do not contact us if your payment is going to be late.

Updating Account Information

Tracking numbers will only be provided if you email through and ask - at this stage I am still setting up the automatic generater.
